Matwork, Machines & MOTR®

The Pilates Method offers huge benefits to the studio's clients. It strengthens and tones the body, connects mind with body, focuses on deep core stability to help improve posture, prevent injury and alleviate pain. It provides sports specific conditioning, helping to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Matwork, Machines & MOTR®

How Often? I have found over the years that my clients have reaped real benefits by doing one to three regular weekly sessions. This can take the form of Matwork, Reformer or a combination. I also have group clients attending 1 to 1s on top of their group sessions, to focus on their individual needs.
